Rain Dates
We aim to reschedule rather than cancel to ensure you still get the full stargazing experience. In the event of poor weather, the following rain dates will apply. Please make sure you are available for the next rain date to accommodate any changes due to bad weather:
Primary rain date: Saturday, August 30, 2025
First backup: Friday, September 19, 2025 (if August 30 is canceled due to bad weather).*
Second backup: Saturday, September 20, 2025 (if September 19 is canceled due to bad weather)*
*The Astronomy park is hosting ‘Festival of Stars’ from September 19 to 21, 2025. If the tour gets postponed due to bad weather to any of these dates we will get to be a part of the dark sky festival.
Cancellation Policy
We’re committed to providing you with a magical night under the stars and we also believe in being transparent about how we handle changes due to weather or scheduling.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Stargazing depends on clear skies, so we use the Clear Sky Chart for the Astronomy Park, a trusted forecast tool used by astronomers, to help guide our decision-making. We check the Clear Sky Chart approximately 8 to 10 hours before the event. If the chart forecasts more than 35% cloud cover during the event time, or if the conditions are not favourable for any other reason (e.g. smoke), the tour will rescheduled to the next applicable rain date listed above.
If we cancel due to weather, you will have the option to either:
cancel for a 50% refund, or
reschedule to the above mentioned following rain date at no extra cost.
Participant Cancellations
We understand that plans can change! Our cancellation policy for guests is as follows:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event: 50% refund
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event: non-refundable
Thank you for understanding, and we’ll do our best to ensure a magical evening under the stars!
