Rain Dates

We aim to reschedule rather than cancel to ensure you still get the full stargazing experience. In the event of poor weather, the following rain dates will apply. Please make sure you are available for the next rain date to accommodate any changes due to bad weather:

  • Primary rain date: Saturday, June 21, 2025

  • First backup: Friday, June 27, 2025 (if June 21 is canceled due to bad weather)

  • Second backup: Saturday, June 28, 2025 (if June 27 is canceled due to bad weather)

Cancellation Policy

We’re committed to providing you with a magical night under the stars—and we also believe in being transparent about how we handle changes due to weather or scheduling.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Stargazing depends on clear skies, so we use the Clear Sky Chart for the Astronomy Park — a trusted forecast tool used by astronomers — to help guide our decision-making.  We check the Clear Sky Chart 12 hours before the event.  If the chart forecasts more than 35% cloud cover during the event time, the tour will be canceled.

If we cancel due to weather, you will have the option to either:

  • cancel for a 50% refund, or

  • be reschedule to the above mentioned primary rain date at no extra cost.

Participant Cancellations

We understand that plans can change! Our cancellation policy for guests is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event: 50% refund

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event: non-refundable

Thank you for understanding, and we’ll do our best to ensure a magical evening under the stars!
