Weather-Related Cancellations
Stargazing depends on clear skies, so we use the Clear Sky Chart for the Astronomy Park — a trusted forecast tool used by astronomers—to help guide our decision-making.
We check the Clear Sky Chart 24 hours before the event.
If the chart forecasts more than 35% cloud cover during the event time, the tour will be canceled.
If we cancel due to weather, you will:
Receive a 50% refund, or
Be offered the chance to reschedule at no extra cost.
We aim to give you as much notice as possible and avoid last-minute cancellations.
Participant Cancellations
We understand that plans can change! Our cancellation policy for guests is as follows:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event: 50% refund
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event: non-refundable
